A Year of Growth for Energy Corse NZ

What began as a tight-knit family built by Mason Armstrong Motorsport and Urban Performance has grown into something much bigger in 2025. Together, they laid the foundations for what is now Energy Corse NZ — a team built on shared values, genuine support, and a drive to lift everyone around them. That original family feeling hasn’t disappeared as the team has grown; it’s only strengthened.

And grow it has. The 2025 season has seen more drivers join the fold, more karts under the tent, and a stronger unified presence across every grid the team lines up on. The blue, white, and red colours have become a constant sight, backed by the work Mason and Ryan put in behind the scenes to keep the standard high. Their focus on performance, preparation, and development is a big part of why the team is moving forward so quickly.

The families behind the drivers are at the heart of it too. They’re the ones towing trailers before sunrise, calming nerves between heats, and offering support to anyone who needs it — not just their own. The atmosphere around Energy Corse NZ works because the families bring the same sense of connection and commitment that Mason and Ryan based the team on from the start.

For us, carrying the Energy Corse livery on our TR86 has been a real privilege. It’s a nod to the journey so many drivers take through karting, and to the people who built the pathway. Running those colours ties us back to Mason, Ryan, and the team they’ve shaped, a team that continues to grow, support, and push each other forward.

2025 has been a standout year for Energy Corse NZ. More drivers, more development, more momentum, all anchored by a strong culture and the work that started it all.

We’re proud to be part of the story.
